Lorielle has had a lifelong career in Chinese medicine and primarily focuses on women’s health including pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum care, fertility and menstrual disorders. She holds a Masters in Health Science (Acupuncture), and a Masters of Applied Science (Chinese Herbal Medicine). Lorielle has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in Australia & NZ, has published peer reviewed papers on women’s health concerns (morning sickness, IVF & mental and emotional health, menopause & frozen shoulder). She is one of two Chinese medicine clinical advisors for Ahpra. More recently she has developed an educational course, Your Birth Blueprint, to support women prepare for birth.

Lez has been practising Acupuncture and Chinese medicine for 25 years and is a qualified transpersonal counsellor. He has a special interest in musculo-skeletal problems and is well known for his work with fertility, pregnancy, and induction. He has facilitated relationships with staff members at Flinders birth unit for many years, participated in the University of Western Sydney’s IVF protocol research for two years as a clinician and co-presented Your Birth Blueprint.

He has continued his professional development by undertaking his Masters in Acupuncture and researching different approaches and styles of treatment including further professional development in trauma and attachment theory. He has run a local bootcamp at Silversands beach for 15 years twice a week with a group of local men cultivating strength, community, and connection.
